We want you to love your new rug, but if it is not the perfect fit for your home, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all standard-sized items. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the rug you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Shipping
Roll the rug tightly and wrap it securely in the original heavy-duty plastic packaging or equivalent protective material to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it firmly to the center of the package, and ensure no old tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the rug, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
